A superb, well-presented, terraced stone-built cottage in the village of Dinas Mawddwy, nestling in the south of the Snowdonia National Park.
Cosy and comfortably furnished, this is the perfect base for families and friends looking to enjoy the stunning surrounding scenery and all it has to offer.
This cottage offers a mix of traditional and modern and sits across three floors, with beautiful mountain views.
The ground floor comprises of a compact, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of natural light overlooking the small courtyard-style garden, where you can sit and plan your activities for the day. The sitting room at the front of the property has a warming woodburner-effect electric fire and a Smart TV. The dining table is under the window and arranged for two people, but can be extended to accommodate four people.
Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find a cosy snug room, ideal for children or teenagers with a sofa and Smart TV, you can also find a selection of games, books and puzzles here. The newly refurbished bathroom is also on this floor with a walk in shower.
Another set of stairs takes you to the two bedrooms the double has a modern look and the twin has also been furnished to a high standard.
Just down the road from this wonderful cottage is a pub serving locally-sourced meals so after a day exploring; you can relax with the locals and enjoy village life.
Dinas Mawddwy is ideally placed for discovering the stunning mountains of mid Wales; the whole area is criss-crossed with well-marked footpaths that open up the myriad of outdoor activities that the Snowdonia National Park has to offer.
Cader Idris, Mount Snowdon's lesser-known counterpart, is 10 miles away, and for a more relaxing day, the sandy beaches at Barmouth and Fairbourne are just short drives away.

An attractive, single-street village surrounded by beautiful countryside and overlooked by the wonderful Aran Mountains, in the southern part of the Snowdonia National Park. There are pubs close by and the Meirion Woollen Mill stands on the banks of the River Dovey and is open to visitors. This whole area is a paradise for walkers, climbers, birdwatchers and bikers. A superb base for both coast and mountains all year round.
