West Heath is peacefully located at the end of a private loke in the beautiful village of Brancaster Staithe. Boasting gorgeous views over Barrow Common, this stunning large house features a garden pod as well as an independent annexe known as The Siding, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. What's more it is within easy walking distance of the harbour, beach, coastal path, shops and two fantastic pub/restaurants.

With a laid back, modern high-tech interior, this is a seriously sensational detached retreat. It has three gorgeous bedrooms with three bathrooms in the main house (one downstairs which is spacious and level), two in the pod in the garden; and an additional annexe, The Siding. Your group will have plenty of space to relax, particularly in the main living areas which allow plenty of opportunity for social dining and gathering. Made for entertaining, the open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room is the heart of the house and perfect for honing your culinary skills. You can buy fresh fish and seafood from the harbour and local produce on your doorstep. The kitchen has been fitted with all of the mod cons including a boiling water Quooker tap. Hunker down after supper in front of the wood burning stove on winter evenings or, on longer summer days open the huge bi-fold doors and step out onto the large sun-soaked terrace with barbecue. There is also a cosy snug ideal for reading, watching television or playing board games

With a well tended, south west facing garden and large lawn, this multi-generational property hits the spot if you are searching for a wonderful house to enjoy good old fashioned family time. With the additional accommodation independent from the main house, there is plenty of privacy too, and with a large lawn ideal for games, this house ticks all the boxes. The indoor and outdoor spaces make this ideal for a group of friends travelling together, as there are a high number of single beds. Equally if you are a smaller family wanting oodles of space and privacy, then West Heath is perfect for you too.

West Heath is a stone’s throw from the harbour, and moments from the family friendly Jolly Sailors pub/restaurant with ice cream hut. A short walk away, The White Horse pub/restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch or supper atop the terrace looking over the marsh. Leave the car at home every day if you choose, as the coastlink bus passes by very regularly.

West Heath is also available as a sleeps ten option, without The Siding, listed as West Heath (10).

Perfect for couples or solo travellers, the annexe can be booked separately, listed as The Siding.

    A lovely house with a great kitchen/ living area for a large get together with enough space for everyone. Great location to walk along The Boardwalk to Brancaster Beach and to travel to other nearby beaches and halls, etc. A big plus is having The White Horse within walking distance for great food and views to the salt marshes. We had a fabulous time with friends and family.
