A widescreen wall-mounted smart TV will make sure you don't miss the latest episode of your favourite series, and there is a wireless speaker so you can fill the space with music of your choice.

In the spring and summer months you can relax in the beautiful woodland garden, with its patio area and curved sloping lawn. Go through the gate at the top of the garden and you can explore the trails in the National Trust woodland, and adjoining Fair Lady Wood. In the winter, light the wood burning stove, and relax after a bracing walk on West Runton beach. It's an easy fifteen minute walk down to the village, where you will find shops, tea rooms, and the Coasthopper bus stop. From here it's just a short walk to the beach.
