About this property

This lovely bright spacious and modern home-from-home caravan offers central heating , gas fire, flat screen tv, open plan living, double glazing, with patio doors leading onto a lovely balcony with a side gate which is ideal for pets.

In addition to the shower room/wc the double bedroom has an en-suite.

Please note, we provide bedding for both bedrooms, but not for the sofa bed.

Towels - are not provided.

The property is situated at Borwick Lakes which is the sister site to South Lakeland Leisure Village which is a 5-star resort on the edge of the Lake District. The park has a small children's play area and a short walk away are the leisure facilities, with gym and swimming pool (separate charges apply). There is also a beauty salon and a lovely bar and restaurant with a small man-made beach for young children to play at the waters edge.

Dinghy/Kayak’s may be launched at the main lake across the road at South Lakeland Leisure Village at no charge, however, life vests must be worn by all users.

Borwick Lakes is an open fishery consisting of four interconnecting lakes holding an excellent head of mixed coarse fish. A selection of pegs are available around the lakes offering secluded, peaceful bases away from interruptions and noise pollution.

The fishery offers stocks of specimen carp (30lbs+), chub, tench, roach, silver fish, crucian, perch, bream, skimmers and more. To be paid for via Reception.

Guest access

Borwick Lakes has an automatic barrier which the key fob will open, on exit it opens automatically when you drive up to the barrier. There is parking for 2 cars, 1 space in front of the grass and 1 space at the right side of the caravan. Please do not park on the grass.

"WOW, over many years of hiring caravans THIS WAS THE BEST". This is a new caravan park and is quiet, peaceful, and unspoilt and is still being developed in areas. It is a peaceful haven in a natural environment set between Carnforth and Milnthorpe bordering North Lancashire and the Southern Lake District. It is within easy reach of Morecambe Bay, the quiet coastal areas of Arnside and Silverdale and historic Lancaster with castle, museum and buildings dating back to Roman times giving you an ideal base to explore. It is also the gateway to the Lake District.

"Lovely, chilled break away which was much needed. Caravan situated perfectly for access to lakes and beaches. Great facilities, we had glorious weather and really benefited from the composite decking, which had a good mix of sun and shade all day. Nice to meet Denise and her husband. We hope to stay here again!"
