"Fantastic cottage right in the heart of Dulverton. Really welcoming. Lovely rooms and great bathrooms. Just be prepared to pay for parking and factor it into your overall cost. Remember to bring change for the car park as it doesn't use ringo. Highly recommended. Would love to stay again."
    WB – 1 Nov 2020
"Perfect location - easy access to Exmoor and the beautiful scenery but the benefit of all the local amenities that Dulverton has to offer. Very dog friendly and well equipped."
    Amanda – 26 Oct 2020

    Ruth – 18 Oct 2020
"Lovely cosy cottage right in the centre of Dulverton. Great area for walking and everywhere is very dog friendly and welcoming."
    Peter – 30 Sep 2020
"This was a great opportunity to stay in a property in the heart of Dulverton. We found it comfortable, peaceful, convenient, and an easy cottage to walk into and live in, and feel that would be the case whatever the time of year and whatever the weather. Practical as well as attractive, it was roomy, warm, beautifully clean, and well aired, and it has been decorated and furnished with care. There were a number of personal, thoughtful touches which made the cottage welcoming for us and our dog, as well as a comprehensive welcome pack which included information on local walks, facilities and services as well as instructions for using everything from the washing machine to the woodburner, hot water and heating systems. For us, the hot water and heating settings were perfect. Our only suggestion would be that an additional floor lamp, and perhaps a lamp on the dining table, might be helpful."
    Sheila – 20 Sep 2020
"Lovely cottage in a lovely village, very comfortable with the best beds to come back to after a day sightseeing! Would definitely recommend"
    Jane – 16 Sep 2020
"We had a wonderful stay at Tuppence Cottage. Its a surprisingly large cottage that is decorated beautifully and has the most comfortable furniture. It is very dog friendly without any dog odour and has thoughtful touches throughout. The only negative for us was the garden not being attached to the cottage. Even this didn't spoil our stay though. The host is lovely, she called me a couple of days before to give us all the details we needed. She left Milk and biscuits and some treats for the dogs. All the village amenities are on the doorstep and yet it is peaceful and there are some fantastic dog walks around. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future."

The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped , warm and a great place to come back too after a day out. This was our second visit and we will be returning . Anita – 5 Oct 2019
"On opening the door to Tuppence Cottage and entering, we loved the feel of the property straight away. The owners had made sure that our stay in Tuppence Cottage would be as comfortable and enjoyable as was possible, they couldn't have done anymore. It was everything we could have wished for. We have always gone self catering and this was one property we would certainly go back to again. Dulverton itself is a lovely friendly village, with lovely walks and plenty of eating places. There are plenty of places to visit and Exmoor is so breathtaking. From the start to the end of our holiday we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it."

"10s all the way. Dulverton is a beautiful area. The town is inviting and friendly and a great location as a central point for exploring further afield. Lovely river walks.Tuppence Cottage was extremely comfortable and inviting. The small grassed area was a suntrap and protected from the wind, so quite a pleasant place to sit in the afternoon and have a bite to eat and chat.Would we go back to Tuppence ? - plans already in the pipeline."
    Christopher – 21 Aug 2019
"A lovely cottage in a beautiful village. It is well equipped and we found the beds comfortable and the garden, although small, very pleasant and relaxing. The cottage was very clean and everything we needed was provided (apart from a milk jug!) and we felt the furniture and crockery and cutlery were of a high standard. Our dog, Oscar enjoyed lots of lovely walks locally and my parents, who can’t walk far enjoyed exploring the shops and cafes in Dulverton. We had a wonderful week and would certainly recommend this cottage."
