The neighbouring village of Alfriston is a thriving community with a range of shops choice of pubs and a fun family-friendly zoo park: Drusillas. A fifteen-minute drive to the west of the property the historic town of Lewes makes a wonderful place for a day trip whilst to the east Eastbourne is a traditional seaside resort with a Victorian pier and wide beach. This property can be found in a secluded location overlooking fields making it the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. A set of external wooden stairs leads to the front door of this first-floor apartment which opens directly into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Two skylights give the room a light and airy feel under which there is a comfortable sofa and a dining table seating two as well as a TV.
