  We had a wonderful week with family and friends at this fantastic house, which is superbly situated in a quiet, private road directly opposite the beach. The house is extremely comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of features to keep both adults and children happy. We all loved the hot tub (especially after a dip in the sea!), the games room, the huge dining table and the overall space. Waking up to the stunning sea views was pretty special! The children loved the newly installed multi-purpose games area outside, and we were never short of something to do. Easy walking and cycling literally on the doorstep were an added bonus for our group. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and the phone call prior to arrival extremely helpful. We've already booked to return later in the year!

  An absolutely amazing house and we had an absolutely amazing time there. All 3 kids loved the mini tennis court, out there every day for hours. They loved the hot tub too but not as much as the wife! More then enough space for a family of 5 so you never feel like your on top of each other. Every evening we would either watch a film in the cinema room or play on your Nintendo we brought. Amazing views of the sea in pretty much every bedroom. Lovely area to walk around, we even did our trick or treating this Halloween there and always felt safe there at night. Meet the owner and they were lovely people, answered any question we had. We will be definitely staying here again.

  We booked the house for a family weekend to celebrate a birthday - 4 generations ranging from 6 months to 90 years old! The house was very comfortable and really well equipped - something for everyone and plenty of room to spend time together. The location was wonderful too - lovely to look out across the sea and great for a brisk walk along the coast path to Walmer. Communication with the owner was really good too - very helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything. All in all, the perfect property for our family celebrations!

  Ideally located on the beach front, a short drive to supermarkets in Deal and short walk to a great pub, the Zetland arms. House itself is hi tech and hi spec - all of the equipment is top notch. The fun stuff is great too - we used the hot tub, tennis court and children’s toys daily - not so much the games and TV room as we had such glorious weather, but they looked great. This holiday home is hard to beat.

  We had a wonderful weekend and cannot wait to come back! Everything was fabulous and our dogs could roam outside without getting out which was amazing. We have older children so the games room and hot tub was an absolute hit, and being so close to the sea was a dream for all of us, and having all that space…..so dreamy!….The owners have thought of everything so we were all very happy.
