About this Guest house

This small, friendly guest accommodation is the ideal base for business or leisure trips, and we welcome contractors and overseas visitors. 

Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, and directly across the road Stoke Park, ideal for a stroll or picnic in summer months. 

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are 4 well- equipped guest bedrooms: Family en- suite, twin en- suite, standard single and a standard twin room. 

The standard rooms have shared shower and bathroom facilities. 

All are comfortably furnished with Freeview- enabled flatscreen TVs, service tray, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. The rooms are serviced everyday. 

Dining

Included in the price of the room is a continental breakfast 'grab bag,' however please order this the night before. If you would like a cooked breakfast, there is a cafe just a short stroll away, and guests will benefit from a 10% discount. 

For visitors who would like to eat out for lunch or dinner, there are some great pubs and restaurants nearby, including The Stoke, The Kings Head, Tup Bar, Turtle Bay and Beefeater.

Free WiFi access. There is limited parking onsite at the guest house, however there is some free parking spaces available on the street from 4pm until 10.30am. Strictly no smoking. One of the bedrooms is dog- friendly.

Atkinson's Guest House is just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, where you can find some great shops, restaurants and theatres. Directly across the street is Stoke Park, with beautiful gardens, crazy golf, tennis courts and children's play area. 

The town of Guildford, in the historic country of Surrey, has a number of popular attractions that guests may like to visit, such as Guildford Castle, Dapdune Wharf, Hatchlands Park, Watts Gallery, Spike Heritage Centre and Watts Chapel.
