Take a trip to Worthing and stroll along the pier, 5 miles, Arundel Castle and cathedral are 10 miles away and you can also take a boat out on the River Arun, or a boat safari from the Arundel Wetland Centre.  Petworth House and Park are well worth visiting or head over to Goodwood for the races, either horses or cars, 19 miles.  This is excellent wine growing country, so why not make . . .
