"We recently stayed at Kingsley Lake and it did not disappoint. The house was absolutely stunning, the views were amazing and the house had everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to entertain. The hot tub is a great addition and we loved being in the outdoor space. The property was easy to book and Charles was very quick at replying to any emails or calls, Rebecca who checked us in was lovely. The only very small issue we had was an ants nest in one of the bedrooms but Rebecca let us know how to sort this.Thank-you for a lovely stay, I would highly recommend and would definitely use the company and property again."

"Kingsley Lake View was so much better than expected (and the pictures). We were all blown away as soon as we walked through the door and saw out onto the garden and beyond. The kitchen area is superb and has everything you could possibly need, there was 14 of us and the space was just perfect. Being so remote was a must for us, being a hen do!! The sound system was great and with the outdoor speakers it was a party house with no neighbours to worry about! I didn't meet the host (did have some text conversations) but did meet her friend who was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend this house and also would love to come back. Thank you."

Excellent location overlooking the lake and only 20 minutes from Bristol, great facilities (hot tub, pool table, badminton), and good communication with the hots. The beds were comfortable and the living areas were clean and well-equipped. I heard from a couple of the guys that the shower closest to the front door was either too hot or too cold and they had to use the other two showers, but this was our only issue. All in all, a memorable stay and a perfect location for a stag do.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Area: A space that works perfectly for groups, providing a convenient layout that allows you to be sociable and cook at the same time. There’s plenty of room to move about in, plus ample worktop space, including island spaces that work well for informal eating. With state-of-the-art kitchen utensils you’ll find everything you need to make your catering as convenient and pleasurable as possible during your stay. The dining area with large wide screen TV seats 16 comfortably and has full length windows to take in the view. The living area with comfy sofas and chairs have full length windows offering views across the landscaped grounds and Chew Valley Lake. Natural sunlight streams through a bank of skylight windows. Invite the outdoors in with the doors thrown wide open and spill out onto the extensive terrace with outdoor seating and gas barbecue.

There is a separate utility room off the hallway with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Large TV room/Snug: Made for relaxation, featuring sofas and chairs, a 52" wide screen TV, wood burner and full length windows offering lake views. On colder days you can cosy up next to the wood burning stove. During the summer months, open the patio doors wide and spill out into a patio area with hot tub, the perfect backdrop for enjoying a sundowner or two.

Sports Bar Games Room: Featuring a full-size pool table – a sort of ‘grown-up’s den’, designed with the sole aim of giving guests the perfect excuse to have a little fun, kick back and relax. Full length windows offering views across the landscaped grounds and Chew Valley Lake and double doors to the garden.
