A short distance away is the centre of Falmouth, where you will be spoilt for choice by the superb selection of amenities and excellent attractions including the stunning National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle, which was built by Henry VIII and enjoys panoramic sea views. From here, you and your loved ones can enjoy the beauty of the Roseland Peninsula, a quality landscape of coastal scenery, woodland countryside and secluded coves, home to excellent walking routes and the waters are popular with yachtsmen, windsurfers and canoeists. Other attractions within the area includes the pretty Trebah Garden, the Poldark Mine & The Cornish Heritage Collection or travel further afield to Helston, where you will find Flambards Theme Park. 24 Pendra Loweth is an excellent choice for that long-awaiting break to Cornwall.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course.
