The only downside is the double beds are very small. I appreciate the rooms probably don’t allow for a king but if at least one room could accommodate a larger bed that would of made our stay a 5 star. Neither me or my husband are large but it still felt very snug! The only other downside is I have messaged via the Sykes app regarding two items left in the property and they have failed to get in touch. One of them is a photo of my daughter’s graduation (the reason we were in Cornwall).

It was so peaceful and beautiful - very well equipped, spotless and extremely comfortable. Plenty of space and storage, comfortable beds and sofas, excellent facilities. Would love to stay here again in the future - we didn't want to leave at the end of our week! Thank you so much for a perfect visit! We highly recommend this lovely property.

We therefore had to buy bottled water for the whole holiday for 6 people which cost a substantial amount Was also disappointing that only two people could have a shower then the water ran out so 3 people had to have cold showers therefore we had to stagger and some shower in the evening
