This beautiful cottage, built in the 1820's is steeped in history and charm and boasts wonderful views of the sea, Forrabury Church and Lundy Island to enjoy. It is located at the top of the picturesque Cornish harbour of Boscastle, 100 metres to the Napoloen Inn and half a mile to the harbour where you will find many quaint shops to peruse and lovely cafe's and pubs to enjoy. Set over 3 floors and filled with charm, you are sure to enjoy your stay here.

Rooms: Ground floor living room, w.c. Lower ground floor dining room, kitchen/diner. First floor 2 x kind size rooms and one bunk room and family bathroom.
Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Entertainment: Smart TV, soundbar.
For families: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.
Outside: Enclosed courtyard with table and chairs.
Parking: Parking for one small to medium sized car in front of teh house, por more parking found on the road for larger cars.
General: Free WiFi provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Electric heating.
Pets: 1 pet allowed: £25 per week.

Authentic but spacious cottage in a beautiful, quieter part of Cornwall. It really does feel like you are stepping back in time when you walk through the front door, there are so many original features but with all the modern conveniences as the cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay whatever the weather! Very young children and those with limited mobility may struggle with the stairs and the cottage is on a hill but the views are spectacular and our 5 year old loved it as there was plenty of inside space to play! The Napoleon Inn just down the hill serves fantastic food and there are some fantastic walks from the cottage. Overall, a beautiful cottage holiday in a fantastic location!

In a wonderful location with views across to the sea and sunsets. So many walks from the front door and everyone we met in Boscastle was friendly and welcoming. Stairs were a challenge especially after a few up and downs to the harbour but makes you realise how nimble inhabitants over the years were.
