This year was our 6th stay at 13 Watermark but we will not be visiting again.A TV has been installed that does not recieve terrestrial channels, the WiFi speed seems to have been down graded causing buffering on my firestick . The fan in the shower room sounded like a helicopter taking off, the oven did not work (self catering?), the heating came on at 5:30am 25.5 degrees so I switched it off, the flooring outside the bathroom was lifting due to a recent plumbing issue. So overall it was somewhat disappointing to say the least.

The property has not been maintained for several years The decor was extremely tired, furniture contents nothing like as advertised, strong smell of smoke despite a small notice requesting no smoking, lots of mould & over whelming smell of damp (several reed diffusers added by ‘cleaner’ to try hide the smell) Damp & rust damage evident throughout but particularly in both bathrooms, unsafe steps to gain access to property, rusting & unkempt outside areas - not suitable or enticing to sit out. The drain / damp stench that greeted upon entry to house was sickening Several broken window blinds Poor conditions throughout - extremely disappointed as nothing like as advertised The owner only wanted to be contacted if an emergency. The property has been removed from booking website as a result of feedback. Would not recommend in current state Lots of work required to bring it up to acceptable living standards

Dig waste in grass and paths. All reported. As usual the owner does not want phone calls unless it’s an emergency. The cleaner was very nice and responded to our messages. But she was to help. I felt the description was misleading. I am registered blind. This apartment was difficult for ne
