The ground floor comprises of an open-plan living and dining area with a feature dual aspect gas fireplace which partitions the two areas. The dining area has a large table and seating for six; the living room has comfortable sofas, a satellite television, DVD player, stereo, CD player and french doors out to the terrace. Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom with a plush king-size bed, en-suite with bath, separate shower, wash basin, bidet and WC; there are also patio doors which lead to the outdoor decking area.

On the first floor you will find the further two bedrooms. The Master Suite comprises of a luxurious king-size bed, dressing room, en-suite with bath, separate shower, wash basin, bidet and WC; as well as a balcony with outdoor furniture. The second bedroom is a cosy twin room and makes use of the adjacent shower room.

Outside is an enclosed, private garden with an outdoor deck to the rear; the perfect place to enjoy relaxing afternoons and evenings.
