About this property
Maleny is set in a peaceful residential area of Polzeath with outstanding views over Polzeath beach, all within an easy walking distance. Polzeath is an ideal location for a beach holiday and a water-sports haven with two surf schools and several hire shops, the beach is watched over by life guards in the summer months. Polzeath has several good restaurants, lively bars and cafes and a selection of shops, including a grocery store.
The coastal paths are also wonderful, in one direction are the spectular rumps, in the other is Daymer Bay beach and Rock. Daymer Bay is dog friendly and you can get a foot ferry to Padstow, the home of Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant.
Maleny is a detached bungalow with a spacious garden laid to lawn with beautiful sea views. Enter via the kitchen, leading through to the light and airy sitting room with panoramic views to Polzeath beach. The bedrooms are to the rear of the property looking out over the garden area. This is an ideal base for this much sought after holiday destination.
