The rear of the property benefits from secluded outside space, a modest suntrap, perfect for your furry friends to run around, where you can down alfresco in the summer months, or store any sporting equipment you've brought along including bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Retire upstairs to one of the two nicely-decorated bedrooms, the king-size benefits from a large wall-mounted TV and picturesque views out to the River Dart whereas the twin room can be transformed into a super-king-size on request! Stroll down to the serene River Dart, a stunning location with calm waters and local wildlife, trying your luck at the variety of watersports activities including kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding.
