An up to date home, this is one of our newest on park and sleeps up to four in one double and one twin bedroom or two double bedrooms. It falls into our Luxury range featuring an open plan living space and kitchen with ample seating and kitchen facilities including hob, fridge and microwave. Other features include bath and/or shower, linen and bath towels included with beds made up for your arrival, decking with patio furniture, double glazing, heating and an outdoor hot tub.
Site Description
Situated in 12 acres of green rolling hills and just one mile away from the ancient wool town of Chudleigh and just 2½ miles from our sister park, Finlake Holiday Resort, Holmans Wood is a beautiful park for those looking for a calm retreat from the outside world.
It is also superbly located only a few miles from the coastal towns of Dawlish, Teignmouth and the English Riviera.
For families looking for a mix of high-energy activities and that all important down-time, Holmans Wood is a great base from which to visit our sister park Finlake Resort & Spa with its waterpark, outdoor swimming pool, activities, bar, restaurant and spa, which are all available to those staying at Holmans Wood.

We had a fantastic stay at this lodge. The hot tub was amazing and my boys loved seeing all the rabbits hopping around the area.

The bathrooms, kitchen area, & bedding were all clean. inspection of the drawers & cupboards in the kitchen we found 1/2 a dog biscuit in the cutlery drawer, breakfast cereal in another drawer. The sink plug was full of food dregs. A saucepan & glass casserole dish were not clean. We put everything in the dishwasher before we used it. The lodge was pet friendly, we do not have a pet & were greeted by a horrible smell which we put down to previous pet inhabitants. We used the unused duvet covers to cover over the stained & smelly sofa to sit on & bought some fragrance candles, which did the job. The control panel of the hot tub was not working, we could not adjust the temperature & the light worked now & again. There were no specific towels or robs for hot tub use. No local tourist or Finlakes information apart from a price list. The key ap only worked on 1 of our phones & was not clear on how to lock the door.

The keyless entry system is really good. Lodge was modern, clean and smelled lovely when we got inside, just missing the finishing touches such as dressing gowns for when you're getting out of the hot tub. Staff checked the hot tub every day so was nice to know if was definitely clean. We had a lovely quiet stay and we'd definitely come back!
