Step through the private gateway onto the long expanse of sand dunes that lead to Instow beach for a day sandcastle building and a game of beach cricket. Soak under the stars in the private hot tub or get competitive at the games table in the snug. Less than 500 metres away are a choice of eateries and a well-regarded delicatessen serving locally-sourced produce. The Tarka Trail leads through Instow for a traffic-free walk or cycle ride through the beautiful Devon countryside.

On entering the property into the spacious hallway, you will find there is plenty of room to hang up outdoor clothing and remove sandy shoes. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a bright and airy space for the whole family to enjoy. Rustle up delicious dinners in the well-equipped kitchen area where you can plan your day’s activities at the breakfast bar. There’s a large dining table with ample seating for everyone. After supper, sink into the comfortable sofa in the lounge area and watch a family film on the TV. A snug/games room is accessed off the kitchen and is a relaxing space for children and adults alike with TV and small games table. Heading upstairs you will find the four comfortable bedrooms. There are two super-king-size zip and link bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. A well-appointed king-size bedroom and a bedroom with a single and a cabin bed are also on this level.
