Just off from this, the shower room is ideal for getting ready ahead of your day, with quality fittings that are co-ordinated well. Wander freely and walk through meadows into the woodland and enjoy nature trails from the doorstep, or for the more adventurous, fishing and canoeing and rowing, which the owners can provide the boats for. The owner also provide a wide range of games including putt golfing, croquet, crickets, badmington and rounders, great for all of the family to enjoy. Whatever you decide, there is plenty to admire and explore in this fantastic location.

We will 100% be back. Very cozey and warm. Beautiful grounds. Added touch of sausages bacon eggs and prosecco in the lodge went along way Highly recommended

Lovely touch leaving sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding for breakfast and a bottle of fizz.. Pizza oven was fun to use. Some of us had fun swimming in the big lake and dogs too, as we had such beautiful weather. The use of the boat and kayak was also fun. Generally a lovely place to spend either a week or a few days to unwind. Thank you

The hosts Chris and Amy were very friendly and helpful, the location is great for exploring Dorset in general, with a great pub a short distance away as well as supermarkets etc. The only criticism we would have is a lack of blinds in the bedroom windows which was a problem for our children going to sleep and waking up early, but on the whole, a great base for the week and would definitely recommend.
