Wander through to the exquisite kitchen, with its contemporary décor and state of the art amenities including a six-ring gas range cooker and instant hot water tap, this room will draw you in and acts as the hub of the cottage. Nip out in the morning to the local bakery and enjoy fresh pastries and coffee at the breakfast table, or soften the lighting in the evening and transform this space into an intimate space for dinner. The bright and airy bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a bath and over-head shower.
Moving upstairs to the bedrooms, the principle bedroom features an inviting super-king size bed with beautiful finishing touches, creating a peaceful and restful haven. Bedroom two is a touch smaller with access to the double bed from just one side, but equally as cosy and welcoming after a day exploring this beautiful part of the Cotswolds. This room is suitable for a single adult or two younger children, happy to share.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a relaxing space to dine alfresco or enjoy an evening drink on those long summer evenings. The seating area in the garden has been thoughtfully placed to provide a view of the golden cockerel on the top of St Peter's Church tower.
Winchcombe high street is bustling with life and offers an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants where there is sure to be something for everyone.
Winchcombe is famous for Sudley Castle and Gardens and is on the doorstep of many wonderful walks. If you want to venture further afield, there are many other Cotswold villages just a short drive away such as, Broadway, Snowshill and Chipping Campden. It is also just 6 miles from the regency spa town of Cheltenham.
