The market town of Malton offers many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. The town also boasts a weekly general market, livestock and farmers’ markets, shops, pubs and tea rooms. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, and the city of York is within driving distance.
