Fadmoor, a picturesque community of old stone cottages in the North York Moors National Park, is 2.5 miles from Kirkbymoorside, a charming market town. Kirkbymoorside is a delightful area with a slightly 'old fashioned vibe', and visitors will find plenty to keep them engaged in the many tea shops, taverns and restaurants there. The superb walking and stunning scenery of the National Park are on the doorstep, and there are several picturesque villages, such as Hutton-le-Hole, near by.

The toilet in the farmhouse downstairs not working well there was a toilet brush left in there with toilet roll tissue all in the brush not very pleasant to see or use. The towels were very hard and old they have been there for years. We were looking forward to the wood burner we were left with one small box of wood there was about three small brickets a small handful of kindling a box of matches if we had have know it was there it might have lasted for about two hours there was also no paper to light the fire with. There used to be a shed full of wood we were told that it was getting stolen from shed if it was it could be locked in another shed. It just didnât have that little bit of extre care that Nicola and her husband used to do they used to put up a Christmas tree which really made it a treat. This has not put us off going back but if you could look at small things and the wood burner it would be good.

! The house needs better maintenance deserves it infact ,lovely place and a shame itâs not been better cared for.
