Moffat, a town in the Annandale valley, grew from a village in the 17th century to a spa town in the 18th and 19th centuries due to the belief that the sulphurous waters of the Moffat Well had healing properties.     Everything was as described. Only thing would say someone needs to check everything before new arrivals. A very sharp knife was left out on our arrival which wasn't good. Also instructions for tv and dvd player as both remotes were very worn no markings took while to work out. But despite this we would definitely return. Lovely property and town.

    The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable. It's light, warm, clean and furnished really nicely. Parking and access were really easy too. It's location in the town centre suited us as we like a bit of people watching and we were able to go walking from the door as well as out and about discovering the area. The farmers market is well worth a visit as are the independent shops. We had a couple of queries and the owner was very responsive and helpful with speedy contact sorting things out.

    Modern and clean apartment with very large comfortable bed and great sitting/kitchen area, with smart tv. Hive heating meant we could easily boost heat when we felt cold (temperature outside was minus 6) and plenty of hot water. Met owner who was pleasant and respectful.
