A stunning, newly renovated cottage in the market town of Llandovery, with fabulous walking routes, restaurants, pubs, shops and take-aways on the doorstep. Located along a quiet lane, this pet-friendly cottage features en suite bedrooms with rain showers, sumptuous beds, an enclosed garden and private parking for 2 cars. The perfect setting for a holiday exploring the Brecon Beacons and this scenic part of Wales.
Visit the Black Mountain, the lakes of Llyn-y-Fan Fawr and Llyn-y-Fan Fach or pop over to Pen-y-fan. The Cambrian Hills, Elan Valley, and the west coast of Wales are all within an hours drive. Other places of interest are Myddfai Visitors Centre, Castell Carreg Cennen and the Botanical Gardens of Wales. If you fancy arriving by train you can make use of the Heart Of Wales train, which stops at Llandovery station.
Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 king size bed and 1 double bed and (the king size can be arranged as twin beds - please request at the time of booking)
Rooms: Ground floor –kitchen lounge and dining room. Upstairs, landing and 2 bedrooms.
Kitchen and utilities: The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a breakfast bar and stools, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Entertainment: Smart TV and Blu-ray player - Wifi included.
For families: travel cot, high chair and stair-gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Spacious, secure fully enclosed, safe for children and pets, with wooden table benches, chairs and Gas BBQ.
Parking: Secure parking space for 2 cars.
General: bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included.
Pets: Up to 2 pets welcome, £20 per pet. Pet welcome pack.
Notes: No smoking inside the house please. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Beautiful cottage inside and out lovely decor and finishing touches. Had everything and more. Very comfortable beds and excellent kitchen. Private and quiet with good outdoor seating. Can't speak highly enough. Paula was lovely by keeping in touch if we needed anything ( which we didn't). Definitely recommend as excellent and in excellent location. Thank you!

This cottage was exceptional, not only in terms of location, but also in the standard of decor and equipment provided. Every aspect has been put together with care and thought. Anything you could possibly need during your stay is provided, and the property is beautiful. Llandovery is a very friendly place, a good base to explore from and good local amenities. This holiday was a brilliant find!

Bedwen Arian (Silver Birch) is exceptional. Paula & Ian have put so much thought and effort into the cottage, and thought of everything it was so well equipped! The beds were super comfortable too and everything was spotless. We felt immediately at home, the location was great and minutes from everything Llandovery has to offer, the garden is enclosed and safe for our two small dogs who settled in very well. We had great food a couple of times at the Kings Head, the Sunday lunch was excellent, we had a very good take away curry from Miz Spice and fabulous fish and chips from the Three Horse Shoes. The Patisserie was great for bread and light lunches. We also had a really thoughtful box of welcome goodies and wine on our arrival at the cottage. I would definitely give the cottage 5 stars plus it totally exceeded our expectations, I would highly recommend.
