Guests have access to the owner's telephone in an emergency, there is no mobile service. Access to the property is via approx 0.5 mile of unmade road. The gaps between the external railings are more than 10cm. Fridge with icebox only.

There is building work taking place on the barn next to the property. Until 8th September, work will be taking place on the roof so will be noisy. After 8th September, the work will just be internal. The work will be taking place Monday – Friday and between approx 9 – 5.
