The Panorama Farmhouse is a historic farmhouse based in Llangollen, Denbighshire. This 17th century property stands in the grounds of a small holiday complex surrounded by four other cottages. Step into the large hallway, which leads into the well-equipped kitchen with a preparation island. The dining room is accessed through an oak framed doorway and seats up to ten people. The lounge area has three settees and a beautiful inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove, perfect for a cosy night in watching TV. There is a spacious ground floor bathroom with a large double-ended Victorian bath and a separate shower enclosure, ideal for a long relaxing soak, or a quick shower to start your day. This unique bathroom has high-quality fixtures and fittings. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, one of the twin bedrooms can only be accessed via another bedroom, and would be ideal for large families. There is a basin and WC located on the first floor, easily accessible by all bedrooms, so you don't need to venture downstairs in the middle of the night. In the evening why not take a dip in the private hot tub, big enough for the whole family. There is off-road parking available next to the property, as well as a shared carpark a few metres away. Locally, you can visit Castell Dinas Brân is a medieval castle occupying a prominent hilltop site above the town. Gruffydd Maelor II, a Prince of Powys Fadof, on the site of several earlier structures, including an Iron Age hillfort, probably built the castle in the 1260s. Visit Plas Newydd, a historic house that was the home of the Ladies of Llangollen for nearly 50 years. Today it is run as a museum by Denbighshire County Council. Also nearby is Valle Crucis Abbey, a Cistercian abbey, which is the remains of a circa-1201 home to Cistercian monks, with picnic tables, a pond and cafe. Llangollen is a small town and community in Denbighshire, north-east Wales, on the River Dee. Llangollen takes its name from the Welsh llan meaning "a religious settlement" and Saint Collen, a 6th-century monk who founded a church beside the river.
