Manorbier's golden sandy beach, overlooked by its beautiful medieval Manorbier Castle and Norman Church, is a 5 minute stroll away from these delightful courtyard holiday cottages, Delfryn sleeps 4+1.

At the head of a wooded valley, the courtyard holiday cottage has open views from the upper terrace of the garden, across the valley to the Norman church and out to Barafundle Bay and Stackpole Head beyond.

Delfryn is the major part of the original 17th century farmhouse. It sleeps 4+1 and is tucked behind its neighbour, Ty Mor (1266).

A truly lovely cottage, Delfryn has been beautifully renovated and restored with a wealth of period features - sash windows, Victorian fireplaces and polished wood floors - and is stylishly decorated in Farrow & Ball paint colours.

'Hafod' (1268), across the courtyard, was formerly the farm coach house and dates from the 18th century.

An assortment of small early 17th century outbuildings and fortified garden walls complete the character of this unique and very special place.

The properties are totally separate from each other, each with its own dedicated parking area and walled garden. However, if a family gathering, wedding or reunion is planned then they can be combined into one property via double interconnecting doors (locked on both sides when cottages are let separately) from the Utility Room in Ty Mor into to the Sitting Room of Delfryn. Ty Mor sleeps 8+1, Delfryn sleeps 4+1 and Hafod sleeps 5.

Accommodation

2 Bedrooms sleeping 4 (plus a truckle bed). 1 Double, and 1 Bedroom with built-in Cabin beds. All on 1st floor.

Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, small bath with hand- held shower on 1st floor.

Sitting Room cosy and warm with polished wooden floors, feature Victorian cast iron fireplace (not in use), 2 seater sofa and 3 armchairs. Flat screen TV/DVD, iPod dock, board games, DVD's and a selection of over 200 classic books.

Kitchen/Dining Room with polished wooden floor, table and chairs seating 5, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer, DAB digital radio. Feature turned staircase to 1st floor.

Grounds small gravelled  enclosed garden to the front with bistro table and two chairs, original 17th century stone staircase (12 uneven slate steps) and partly cobbled path to small private upper terrace, bordered by 3ft high original fortified stone walls on 4 sides (care with small children please steep drop on one side of wall). 6 seater table and chairs, barbecue area, limestone terrace with fabulous views over to the Norman church and out to sea as far as Barafundle and Stackpole Head. Small open store for bike, surfboard and wet suit storage.
