Grounds small gravelled  enclosed garden to the front with bistro table and two chairs, original 17th century stone staircase (12 uneven slate steps) and partly cobbled path to small private upper terrace, bordered by 3ft high original fortified stone walls on 4 sides (care with small children please steep drop on one side of wall). 6 seater table and chairs, barbecue area, limestone terrace with fabulous views over to the Norman church and out to sea as far as Barafundle and Stackpole Head. Small open store for bike, surfboard and wet suit storage.
