There is no gate between the deck and jetty onto the lake. This property has a security deposit of £300.. If you are coming to the Cotswold Water Park for stargazing or to enjoy the surroundings with family and friends, then Shearwater Laker House is the place for you.

The interior has a lovely calming decor and with full height doors and windows in the living space, the amazing lake scenery can be seen and enjoyed whatever the weather.

The open plan kitchen and dining area are central to the home and the living area opens out onto the deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for the warmer days. In winter you can curl up on the couch in front of the gas fire and enjoy the extraordinary views over the lake from the comfort of the sofa.

A bedroom and bathroom can be found on the ground floor for anyone not wanting to venture upstairs and the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms are spread out over the two floors above so plenty of space for everyone.

This property can be booked with Wrens Lake House (UKC5302) which is next door to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.

A security deposit of £300 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
