Approached via winding country lanes the property is the perfect central location from where to enjoy all North Norfolk has to offer. Situated in the heart of the village of Cawston within the Norfolk countryside, this property offers the perfect place to explore Norfolk, with a village deli/cafe and local pub just opposite yet only yards from miles of footpaths and country lanes to walk or cycle on. The Marriots way a long distance cycle way and footpath is in the village mile from the property. Delicious breakfasts are served at the deli and good home cooked meals at our small local pub. Further afield is the stunning Norfolk Coast line, which includes the towns of Sheringham, Blakeney and Wells Next The Sea. Attractions include the North Norfolk Steam Railway in Holt, the End of the Pier show at Cromer, Thursford, The Broads, Pensthorpe Nature reserve and the National Trust properties of Blicking and Felbrigg Halls. Norwich is close by with an excellent range of independent shops and historic buildings. Kings Lynn, Sandringham and Yarmouth are also easily reached. There is a king size bedroom and a single bedroom.. Outside: An enclosed shingled patio with garden furniture, with views over the owner s garden which is available for guest s use.
