Welcome to our modern spacious 2 bed caravan located along the stunning Durham heritage coastline near Hartlepool, With sea views and a short walk from the beach whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a peaceful retreat our caravan is the ideal destination.

Location

Our caravan is situated on crimdon dene holiday park {parkdean resorts} sited on a sea view pitch. Only a few minutes walk from the parks entertainment complex, boathouse bar and restaurant, amusements, play park and all weather multi sports court , Heated indoor pool also an on-site NISA shop and laundrette. Entertainment passes can be purchased from reception and are not included. Please note the park is open all year round to guests however the parks entertainment complex is seasonal and will close during the winter from November.

ACCOMMODATION

LIVING AREA

A spacious living area designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The windows on the south let in the sun while the patio doors open on to the decking for a sea view. With 2 comfy couches, tv and wi-fi. Full central heating, double glazing and an inviting flame effect fire for those cooler winter nights.

We do allow pets but we do ask for you to please keep your pets off the bed and sofa.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Fully equipped modern kitchen with full size fridge freezer, cooker and hob. kettle, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans and cooking utensils. We will provide a welcome pack with a few essentials, tea, coffee, sugar etc to start your holiday.

BEDROOMS

Our caravan has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 6 people. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, wardrobes and a dressing table and an En-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with wardrobe. The couch in the living room is also a sofa bed and can pull out to accommodate 2 extra people. All bedding and towels are supplied.

The coastal town of Hartlepool lies north of the Tees estuary, with the North York Moors to the south and the majestic cathedral town of Durham, a short drive to the North West. There has been huge investment in regeneration projects and Hartlepool now offers an award-winning marina, with associated trendy restaurants and bars overlooking stunning yachts and sea going cruisers. In the heart of the town there is a multiplex cinema, a health and fitness centre with swimming pool and Middleton Grange shopping centre, which is the third largest in the region, with a traditional market hall. Other attractions include the HMS Tricomalee - Nelson's last fighting frigate and the Heugh Battery Museum. Seaton Carew beach and its associated demanding golf course lies two miles down the coast and a short drive brings you to Saltholme rspb Reserve, where seals and wading birds are regularly spotted. The more adventurous will be attracted to the impressive Teesside White Water Centre, whilst others may prefer a quiet walk along the Tees riverside walk. Beamish open air museum is within easy reach, near Durham city and well worth a day trip. Hartlepool provides a good base for those wishing to sample a novel corner of Britain, combining the beauty of the coastal waters with the rich industrial heritage of former times.
