Guests say

Gloster House is a well-equipped cottage in a great location, appreciated for its proximity to local amenities and the marina. Guests have enjoyed the comfortable furnishings and the cleanliness of the property, with special mentions of the treats provided. However, some guests noted areas for improvement in maintenance and outdoor space.

The property generally receives praise for its cleanliness, with guests finding it very clean upon arrival. However, there are comments about a dirty stair carpet and unclean windows, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is consistently highlighted as great, with easy access to local amenities, the marina, and the coast. The convenience of nearby shops and dining options contributes to a positive experience.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, mentioning good sleep and reclining sofas. However, there are remarks about the quality of bedding and sparse furnishings that slightly detract from the overall comfort.

While the cottage is considered well-equipped, there are several concerns about maintenance issues such as a broken toilet seat, a noisy fire, and a lack of fire exit. The outdoor area also disappoints some guests.

Guests have expressed appreciation for the treats provided, such as a bottle of prosecco, which adds a thoughtful touch to their stay. However, as gifts are not consistently mentioned across all reviews, it cannot be guaranteed that such gestures are a standard offering.
