Surrounded by farmland and wonderful views, this holiday property is set in a tranquil location, great for exploring the county of Devon.. All on the ground floor.

Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Freezer in owner utility room (shared). Lawned rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the owners grounds, 50 yards.. Nestling in the village of Dunkeswell, in a rural area and off the beaten track, surrounded by farmland, this little detached lodge is a great location for couples or a small family looking for somewhere tucked away, yet convenient for exploring a wider area of Devon.
This holiday lodge is light, bright and airy, with pine vaulted ceilings and is situated adjacent to the owner’s farmhouse, on the outskirts of the Dunkerswell airfield. Shop and post office. 2 miles, pubs 5 miles, licenced restaurant ½ mile.
