On arrival I was made very welcome by Katy. A nice welcome pack, very comfortable cottage. A quiet location that was central to where I wanted to be. Would happily return for a second visit.

The Arbour Folly is a lovely well furnished & extremely comfortable & clean cottage. Very roomy too with a good amount of utensils & crockery in the kitchen. The double bedroom has plenty of room & storage along with an en suite with a large walk in shower. It stands in a quiet area in the beautiful Devon countryside. Places to visit are not far away with plenty of coastal resorts, a nature reserve at Stover Country Park, the Babbacombe Model Village, shops, restaurants & cafe's & so much more. Our host Katy was so friendly & caring & made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to visit again as one week wasn't long enough to see all we wanted to see. Thank you to Katy for our little treats very thoughtful.
