Cosy two bed cottage in the heart of Appledore, with wonderful cafes and bars and easy access to Westward Ho beach.
Cosy Nook ia a two bedroom fisherman's cottage- located in the popular village of Appledore and close to the wonderful village of Instow with its sandy beach and plethora of eateries. This property is the perfect base for couples and small families any time of the year with an enclosed rear garden, it ticks all the holiday home boxes. Parking on seafront or car park 5 minutes walk.

Rooms: Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen. First floor Bedrooms 1 (king) and Bedroom 2 Twin Zip n link, family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and handbasin.
