The only thing I would criticise is the lack of bin space. No recycling paid for apparently and one small black dustbin was not big enough for 6 people for a week cooking and eating in doors.We would gave been happy to sort rubbish for recycling bins

Great cottage and ideal for a base to explore the local area. A vehicle is needed to get around the area, but everything is very close, just a little too far to walk especially with an older dog or elderly relatives. Having said that, we knew that would be the case as we have been to the area several times previously. The cottage itself is very well equipped- the coffee machine is great - it’s a Nespresso for those who want to know - we ordered pods for the machine from Amazon and were delivered next day. There is a big supermarket nearby which also delivers. Overall a great cottage with room to relax and unwind. Plenty of restraunts/pubs in the area but a stretch too far for a gentle evening walk to them. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend as a good base for exploring North Devon.

A very well kept house very well equipped with good quality equipment and a plentiful supply of cutlery and crockery. Not all properties for holiday rental are exactly as advertised this one is. My best simple comment would be first class and I would have no hesitation in booking again. Not necessarily the cheapest but you get what you pay for and this one is worth it.
