When eyes are tired, head upstairs and prepare for bed in the bathroom with the option of a soothing soak in the tub or a quick wash in the separate shower. The first floor is home to three well-presented bedrooms, with two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a twin bedroom, all with storage to house your belongings.

In the morning, lace up your walking boots to explore the scenic point from Pew Tor or embark on an adventure around the sweeping Dartmoor National Park for fresh air and jaw-dropping countryside. Venture into the ancient town of Tavistock, home to a variety of attractions, including the Meadows (Tavistock Park), which is a great place to take a stroll or have a picnic. There are also several restaurants and bars in the town, including the Cornish Arms, which is a great place to enjoy a meal or a drink. Plymouth is a wonderful city in Devon that has so much to offer its visitors.

From the amazing Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park to the beautiful Jennycliff Beach, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The Harbour Seafood Restaurant and Takeaway is a good base to enjoy a delicious meal, and there are plenty of bars and pubs to explore for a night out on the town. The rural settlement of Moortown is located just outside of Tavistock, an ancient market town, and the Dartmoor National Park's expansive moors. Enjoy tranquil strolls around Windy Post Granite Cross and visit Pew Tor for stunning countryside vistas. A short drive will bring you to The Whitchurch Inn for a hearty, warming lunch, or head into the town of Tavistock for a larger selection of restaurants. The Tavistock Pannier Market, the UK's largest outdoor market, and the Grade I-listed Tavistock Parish Church are also located in the town. Plymouth, a wonderful area with plenty to see and do, is a little further away.
