An impressive Victorian cottage with accommodation set over three floors standing at the centre of the heritage town of Shrewsbury, Severn Way Cottage is a superb choice for two couples or friends seeking to explore this desirable area of Shropshire. The cottage is just 100m from the famous Boat House pub and Port Hill Suspension bridge crossing the Severn to the Quarry Park. Step into the welcoming dining hall – a multi-functional space for formal dining, home working, reading or board games. Follow the room through into the equally inviting sitting room where an electric woodburning-effect fire awaits to warm you up after each day of adventure, with views over your own private garden. Follow the stairs down to the lower ground floor to find a spacious kitchen/diner making a wonderful social spot to toast to a terrific holiday as your homemade meal simmers on the hob, a good range of appliances found here to assist you on a week-long stay. The lower ground floor is also home to a stylish bathroom where you can indulge in a relaxing soak, while up on the first floor rests a shower room, offering guests plenty of space to prepare for the day.
