This contemporary detached lodge is nestled within mature woodland in the grounds of a glorious 9-hole, cliff-top golf course in between the seaside towns of Filey and Bridlington on the stunning North Yorkshire coastline.

With ground floor accommodation throughout, this modern and stylish lodge is ideal for two couples or a small family to enjoy a peaceful holiday yet within easy access of two thriving seaside towns. Annies Lodge features open plan living and is dog friendly. Two deep filled sofas surround the electric log effect fire; ideal for snuggling up on an evening to enjoy your favourite holiday TV. This area is also bathed in natural sunlight from French doors that lead out onto an enclosed decked area. The dining table sits to one side and provides seating for four. The kitchen is modern and offers a host of appliances including a gas hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. There is plenty of work top space to prepare a hearty breakfast or a delicious picnic. Along the corridor are two comfortable bedrooms, comprising a twin with built in wardrobes and a master double room with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room. The accommodation is completed by the house bathroom that has a bath with shower over.

Outside is an enclosed decked area with additional seating where you can enjoy an early morning coffee or an alfresco evening meal. If you’re lucky you may spot one of the many deer families that have made these woodlands and golf course their own and a ten-minute walk will bring you to the golden sands of Bridlington Beach and from here, you can walk to either Bridlington or Filey. Bridlington Links has its own bar and restaurant where you can enjoy great food and drink whilst watching the locals enjoy a game of golf. Visitors can enjoy a game or two themselves at discounted rates or spend a little time at the onsite gym. The stately home of Sewerby Hall and Gardens is within walking distance as is a great farm shop and café. A little further afield are Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House. Inland are the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and also the thriving seaside towns of Scarborough and Whitby. The historic City of York is also easily reached from this lodge in under an hour. A visit to this area would not be complete without spending time at rspb Bempton Cliffs or enjoying the stunning cliff tops walks around Flamborough. With miles of cycle routes and public footpaths this area can be enjoyed on foot or by bike.
