! Very spacious but there was only the two of us with our dogs. If you are a country cottage lover, this is a very good base to explore the area; good walks and peaceful evenings. A half hour walk to Robin Hoodâs Bay via the cinder track is a must, village is worth a visit. Reading the reviews prior to our stay, we donât really agree with suggestions to update decor and remove ornaments etc as this is unique to the cottage and perfect for dog friendly stays. I didnât give the cottage full marks as the mattress in the main bedroom is a bit uncomfortable and could do with being replaced. Cottage was very clean however a wee feather duster wouldnât go amiss for the cobwebs x
