My reason for a low review on equipment is:1. My wife likes to vac all the properties before we leave. She ws pulling her hair out when trying to hoover up with the poor vac. She thought it was unsuitable for her and the cleaner!!!2. The Internet Wifi signal to the main TV was very poor, I even resorted to watching the football and other programmes on my laptop. I thought the signal may be improved if it was hard wired from the router????
