Overall Sandy Retreat was very good. There is however not much for children to do in the area if the weather is not in your favour.Local eateries are very good.Only one complaint the plug on the bath broke during our stay and we were unable to empty the bath so unable to use after Saturday night. Did contact local rep but being a Sunday nothing could really be done

Lovely beds, clean and comfy. but windows let in a lot of draught. Though the rooms were well kept and clean.Cooker was dirty as were the somewhat chipped crockery in the cupboard. there was an "unused" smell to the fridge and no freezer. The kitchen was tiny meaning shelves were not accessible to my less than 5foot person.As a person with mobility problems the stairs were not a problem for me but I imagine the neighbours may have been disturbed by my entrance and egress.Nice and close to beach and a quiet street with easy parking.
