This small but very comfortable semi detached house for two has fabulous sea views and with the living area upstairs, you can really take advantage of the stunning view here. Outside you'll find a decking with loungers, it's a perfect setting for a romantic evening listening to the waves of the sea. You can also walk down to the beach from here so it's an ideal holiday home for those who love the beach. Langland Bay is just under a mile away and there are many other fabulous beaches nearby too. You're also close to the popular seaside village of Mumbles where you can take a walk along the pier admiring the wonderful views with an ice cream in hand. Mumbles also has shops, pubs and lovely eateries.
