Please note that you’ll be staying in a traditional fisherman’s cottage, full of charm and original features. The cottage has steep stairs, in keeping with its character, and there is a child gate at the top for added safety. You’ll also find a cosy log fire, slate hearths, and plenty of lovely period touches that bring the cottage’s history to life. We simply ask guests to take a little extra care, especially when staying with young children.

If you’re travelling with little ones, we’re happy to have a cot ready for your arrival — just let us know in advance. A cot sheet and mattress will be provided, so please bring along your child’s favourite blanket to make them feel right at home.

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs, but kindly ask that you brush them off after a trip to the beach before re-entering the cottage, and ensure they stay off the furniture. This helps us keep the cottage fresh and comfortable for all our guests.

Please also note that we operate a strict no-smoking policy in all our properties. If we believe smoking has taken place indoors, guests may be liable for a deep cleaning charge to restore the property to our high standards.
