Located just 300m from Pennard Golf Club and the limestone flanked beaches of Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay is this wonderful, modern holiday home with enviable views.
Beautiful, contemporary holiday home in a quiet part of Pennard village with stunning uninterrupted views out towards Cefn Bryn. The living spaces have been thoughtfully designed on the first floor to take full advantage of the surrounding scenery and the spacious balcony the ideal setting from which to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen is very well-equipped and boats impressive, vaulted ceilings and a 5-hob Rangemaster cooker. Each bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind with two of them featuring an en suite.
The property is located just 300m from Pennard Golf Club the limestone flanked beaches of Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay are both within walking distance. Enjoy a spot of lunch to Three Cliffs coffee shop (0.6 miles) after discovering the 12th century Pennard Castle ruins or explore the Wales Coastal Path and it's panoramic cliff top views. Bryn y Mor really is the perfect property to enjoy a holiday in South Gower with family and friends.

Wet room with rainfall shower, bath, WC and basin. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and basin. First floor: Open plan kitchen/living area with dining table for 9, ample comfortable seating, 70" TV and balcony with views over Cefn Bryn. Office/playroom with L-shape sofa, 50" TV, desk area and internet socket with good Wi-Fi coverage.
Kitchen and utilities: Large, open-plan kitchen with vaulted ceilings, 5-hob Rangemaster cooker, induction hob at breakfast bar with seating for 3, free-standing fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Entertainment: Large 70" TV in living area and 50" TV in office area. Wi-Fi available.
For families: travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Front lawn with picnic table and bench. Perfect for watching the sun set. Views of Cefn Bryn and Pennard Golf Club. Patio to the rear, linked to lawned area. Balcony from the dining area with views over Cefn Bryn.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided.
Pets: 1 dog welcome for additional £25 per week. Please bring your own dog bed.
