Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom,42ft by14ft ABI Sailmaker holiday home within the small cul-de-sac of St David’s. Offering the perfect place for you and your family to holiday.

Inside this beautiful, light and airy caravan, you will find,

An open-style hallway with plenty of coat-hanging space.

A fully equipped kitchen including a kettle, toaster, integrated microwave, gas hob and oven, all important dishwasher , a full-size integrated fridge freezer,

The spacious lounge area comprises 2 x comfortable three seater settees and 2x pouffes, a side table coffee table, and shelving for storage.

32" Smart TV in the lounge.

Bluetooth sound system with speakers.

A DVD player /selection of films.

A spacious main bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV and a dressing area with a large dressing table. Consisting of large super comfy kingsize bed with memory foam topper .Leading from the main bedroom is an en suite with toilet and sink

Two spacious twin bedrooms ( single beds can be made into doubles)

One of the twin rooms consists of 2 full-size single beds

The bathroom comprises a toilet, sink and spacious shower cubicle.

Our holiday home is situated ideally for your holiday needs, just a few minute's stroll from the beautiful stretch of Black Rocks Sands beach and a few minutes stroll to the Main Complex.

The Main Complex comprises of the Main Stage Marina bar, Mash and Barrel restaurant, indoor swimming pool with separate toddlers pool, outdoor splash zone, arcades, soft play area, adventure golf, mini supermarket, Papa Johns Pizza, Millie's Cookies and a fish &chip shop.

There is also a laundrette, bike hire, kart hire and football astro turf area.

Black Rock Sands is a beautiful Blue flag beach, the surrounding area has breathtaking views, plenty of walkways to enjoy, sand and mountains surround the area.

The nearby area boasts an 18-hole golf course, Black Rock Llamas, Ffestiniog Railway, the famous Portmeirion village and more …

Please Note:

This is a no-smoking/vaping caravan

You’ll need to bring your own towels, bedding, and tea towels - duvets and pillows are provided. ( pillows ,duvets ,mattress protectors and pillow protectors are also supplied)

A £150 safety deposit is required upon full payment, and this is refunded after a security check has been completed and no damage or missing items have been reported.

We allow 1 dog per rental ,a polite request for pets to be kept off furniture and beds x

Haven entertainment passes are not included in the rental price of your stay. , they can be purchased from Greenacres reception on arrival if you wish to use the facilities Haven has to offer.

Please DO NOT charge your electric vehicle using the caravan. Greenacres have a designated area for EV charging by the complex.

We are a ,

•Non smoking /vaping caravan

•No barbecues on the decking /in or around the caravan

•No parties or events

•No illegal substances on the premises

•Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms

•No candles

•No unregistered guests

Only guests checked in / named on our system can stay in our holiday home .

This is due to our insurance and also safety of our guest as outlined in our terms and conditions any additional visitors must be disclosed to us in advance

•No groups ( same sex bookings ,hen parties ,stag parties )

•No charging of Electric Vehicles

•Please report any damages if they happen ( also if something doesn’t seem right when you arrive at the caravan please let us know straight away )

•Please remember to lock the door and patio doors ( every time) when you exit the caravan

• Please don’t stand ,still or allow children to do this on the outside storage box ( small grey one on decking ) ITS not designed for this .

•Please don’t feed the seagulls

If you are bringing a Furry Friend

•Doggy Rules ; 1 dog

•A polite request if bringing a furry friend please bring a towel to wipe their paws

• Any doggy accidents please clean up and inform us

•Kindly requesting that they are kept off furniture and beds .

•Please pick up their mess on all outside areas ( remember poo bags)

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
