Mulberry House is set in grounds of an acre of lawns amongst 15 acres of rolling fields. This solid stone-built Pembrokeshire country house has been lovingly restored, maintaining many original features but bringing it up to date for 21st century living. Set down a welcoming grassy private track, the house is both tranquil and private and is also a fantastic place for children to play games on the grassy lawns or hide and seek around the shrubbery. Scandinavian style, ultra-efficient, Scandi hwam wood burners and ground source heating fuel both upstairs and downstairs underfloor systems and are complemented by a meticulously planned lighting system. These ensure the spacious rooms are airy but also inviting and cosy.

The downstairs is finished in sleek slate and the upstairs in oak, all at a constantly maintained temperature provided by the ground source heating. The house is built of gloriously restored local stone, exposed on many internal walls, supporting the original oak beams. A spacious family kitchen with A-frame beams has a wonderful view over sleepy pastures. The house is decorated throughout to the highest standards enhanced by an abundance of Melin Tregwynt cushions and throws. Artwork by local artists which adorns the walls has been collected over the years and really sets off this beautiful house. The house has five bedrooms, three en-suites, a master bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. There is one luxurious bedroom with a designer en-suite shower downstairs and the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. The bathrooms have stunning features like high tech lighting with famed Hansgrohe fitments which give sleek timeless style. Mulberry House has cutting edge design encapsulated in a traditional building. While away the hours whilst you explore the finest parts of Pembrokeshire and the most secluded of beaches. Pwllderi and Strumble Head are fantastic spots for seal watching, particularly in the early autumn when the seals with their pups can be seen in large numbers on the stony beaches below.
