Set on a smallholding, 4.5 miles from Fishguard and 3 miles from Goodwick, the three-bedroom property, which sleeps six guests, is surrounded by picturesque footpaths. Bring your four-legged friend with you to explore the rolling Preseli Hills and splash in the sea in pretty Welsh coves.

Amble inside this charming retreat that boasts eco credentials including solar thermal energy, air-source heat pumps and a private water supply. Hang your jackets and leave your walking boots by the door in the kitchen/diner, then unpack your groceries and set about preparing dinner in this lovely space. The large farmhouse table is the perfect place to gather for your holiday feasts. The lounge is another great social space. Light the wood burner in front of the white-washed stone wall then enjoy a film together on the Smart TV. Throw open the large windows, taking in the view as you do so. A twin bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, can also be found downstairs. Another twin and a king-size bedroom are up on the floor above, together with the family bathroom. Dine at the picnic table in your private seating area whenever the weather permits. Explore the farm and head off on long walks down footpaths from the rural site. There is private parking for two cars with this cottage.

Walk 1.5 miles from the cottage to the coast. Pick up the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and follow it for a stretch in either direction. Venture 3 miles on foot across Strumble Head to the lighthouse. While away an afternoon in Fishguard, browsing in the shops and stocking up on local produce.
