Surrounded by acres of rolling hills, uplands and pastures in the quietest part of mid Wales the holiday cottage is reached by a private curving drive across the valley is 30 yards away.
The holiday cottage is located on a former farmstead, just outside the village of Adfa, where the original farmhouse is occupied by the owner.
At Kingfisher Kayak and Canoe Hire, you can discover the tranquil beauty and abundant wildlife of the river Severn close to its source or the magnificent man made Montgomery Canal from the water.
Mid Wales Off Road in Llywdcoed is an experience thrilling drives in off road karts, the argo cat or on a digger!

Lovely little cottage in the village of Adfa. Very quite and peaceful with just another cottage on the farm. Well equipped in the kitchen, modern TV, so modern we couldn't work half of it out!Sadly no shops or pubs within walking distance but can recommend the Waggon and Horses in Newtown. Booking only on Facebook.

We had a wonderful stay. Jonathan was extremely generous and accommodating to our needs. The cottage is rural and the scenery is stunning. It was a pleasure to wake up to the sounds of sheep and birds! High chair and travel cot were provided which was very handy with our young family. Can’t recommend enough, thank you for a great weekend stay! Alice and family
