Carrick Lodge is a modern Scandinavian style lodge with glorious sea views along with the stunning sunrise from the front balcony. Set within the Trewince Manor park this property is only some 5 minutes drive from the centre of Portscatho with its popular selection of facilities including butchers, convenience store with a bakery attached, restaurant, art gallery and well known pub. There are a number of sandy beaches in the vicinity and the South West Coast Path is close by for those who enjoy walking.
From the parking space steps lead to the decked area with garden furniture which catches the sun for most of the day and has views out to sea over Towan Beach. Patio doors take you into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. This room has excellent sea views and is well-equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, comfortable settees, dining table and chairs for six and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the internal hallway there is an airing cupboard which contains a washing machine. There are three bedrooms which sleep six in comfort and a family shower room. The double bedroom also has an en-suite shower and there are two more twin bedrooms. Guests at Carrick Lodge have full complimentary access to the swimming pool complex including a jacuzzi and sauna on the site at Trewince Manor, but please check with Trewince Manor prior to your arrival that the facilities are in use to be able to book your time slot through their reception.
